摘要
现代学徒制是学校教育和企业培训相结合的人才培养模式。推行现代学徒制已成为职业教育改革的一个重要趋势,很多高职院校正在进行实践探索。通过面向小微企业的现代学徒制实践,分析影响现代学徒制在小微企业推进的内部和外部因素,从政府、企业和学校三个方面对现代学徒制在小微企业的实施提出优化策略。
Modern apprenticeship is a sort of talent training mode combining school education and enterprise training,which has become an important trend of vocational education reform.Many higher vocational colleges are carrying out practical exploration.By analyzing the practice of modern apprenticeship for small and micro enterprises,this paper analyzes the internal and external factors that affect the promotion of modern apprenticeship in small and micro enterprises.It also puts forward the optimization strategy for the implementation of modern apprenticeship in small and micro enterprises from three aspects:government,enterprise and school.
