摘要
苏作工艺曾经辉煌几百年,如今却后继乏人,行业发展不景气。通过对苏作工艺现状的分析,探索现代学徒制人才培养模式下苏作工艺人才培养的新途径。
Suzhou-Style handcrafts had been prosperous for hundreds of years.Now they are being trapped in the lack of inheritors and impetus.This thesis aims at exploring new measures of fostering arts-and-crafts talents in the mode of modern apprenticeship by analyzing the status quo,with a view to finding a new path to cultivate talents in this field.
