摘要
目的:优化芪桂苓合剂的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以加水量、提取时间和提取次数为考察因素,以黄芪甲苷、柴胡皂苷A含量和浸膏得率为评价指标,对芪桂苓合剂的提取工艺进行优化。结果:黄芪甲苷、柴胡皂苷A分别在1.2~12 mg·L^-1、0.6~6 mg·L^-1范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R值分别为0.998、0.997。综合评价确定芪桂苓合剂的最佳提取工艺为:加8倍量水,提取3次,每次提取时间为1 h。结论:正交试验法优化的提取工艺科学合理,可为芪桂苓合剂的制备研究提供理论依据。
Objective:To optimize the extraction technology of Radix Astragali and Ramulus Cinnamomi and Poria Mixture.Methods:The orthogonal test was used,the amount of added water,extraction time and extraction frequencies were taken as the investigated factors,and the contents of astragaloside A,saikosaponin A and the extraction rate were taken as the evaluation indexes to optimize the extraction technology of Radix Astragali and Ramulus Cinnamomi and Poria Mixture.Results:The linear relationship of astragaloside A and saikosaponin A was good in the range of 1.2-12 mg·L^-1 and 0.6-6 mg·L^-1 respectively.The correlation coefficient R was 0.998 and 0.997,respectively.According to the comprehensive evaluation,the best extraction process of Radix Astragali and Ramulus Cinnamomi and Poria Mixture was:added 8 times of water,3 times of extraction,1 hour for each time.Conclusion:The extraction technology optimized by orthogonal test is scientific and reasonable,which can provide theoretical basis for the preparation of Radix Astragali and Ramulus Cinnamomi and Poria Mixture.
