摘要
为了解长春市中小学数学教师培训需求,采用问卷发放和深入座谈等方法对随机抽取的199名数学教师进行培训需求调研。调研结果表明:从培训内容需求看,教师对课堂教学技能知识及现代信息技术需求度比较高;从培训方式需求看,教师更青睐课例观摩、教学示范等直观的形式;从培训教师需求看,教师更喜欢经验丰富的一线教师、名师进行授课。基于以上分析,提出应关注成人学习特点,设计紧密结合教育教学一线实际的教学内容,创新培训机制,分层分类施训,建立跟踪指导培训体系,切实提升培训质量。
In order to understand the training needs of mathematics teachers in primary and middle schools in Changchun,a survey of training needs was conducted on 199 mathematics teachers randomly selected using questionnaires and in-depth discussions.The survey results show that:from the perspective of training content requirements,teachers have a higher demand for classroom teaching skills and knowledge and modern information technology;from the perspective of training methods,teachers prefer intuitive forms such as class observation,teaching demonstration,etc.Teachers prefer experienced front-line teachers and famous trainers.Based on the above analysis,it is proposed that we should pay attention to the characteristics of adult learning,design the teaching content that is closely integrated with the front-line education and teaching,innovate the training mechanism,implement hierarchical training,establish a tracking and guidance training system,and effectively improve the training quality.
