核电用接管安全端308L焊缝金属高温低周疲劳性能研究 被引量:2

Study on High Temperature and Low-Cycle Fatigue Performance of 308L Weld Metal at Safety End Joint for Nuclear Power

摘要 在300℃高温环境下研究了核电用接管安全端308L焊缝金属的低周疲劳性能,获得了308L焊缝金属材料的循环应力-应变曲线及低周疲劳寿命曲线。基于疲劳过程中不同应变幅水平下循环应力-应变滞回环的试验结果,分析了应力峰值随疲劳循环数的变化规律,绘制了308L焊缝金属材料疲劳寿命曲线,并与ASME疲劳设计曲线进行对比,最后分析了308L焊缝金属的疲劳断口。试验结果表明,材料在高温条件下表现出循环软化直至失效;Basquin和Manson-Coffin关系可以很好地描述0.3%~1.0%应变幅范围内的应变-疲劳寿命曲线;308L焊缝金属低周疲劳裂纹呈凸形扩展,并伴随有疲劳辉纹和二次裂纹出现。 The low-cycle fatigue properties of 308L weld metal of safety-end joint for nuclear power plant were studied at high temperature of 300℃.The change rules of stress peak with fatigue cycles were analyzed and fatigue life curve of 308L weld metal was plotted based on the test results of cyclic stress-strain hysteresis loops at different strain amplitude levels during fatigue process.The fatigue life curve of 308L weld metal was compared with ASME fatigue design curve.Finally,the fatigue fracture of 308L weld metal was analyzed.The experimental results show that the material exhibits cyclic softening until failure at high temperature;Basquin and Manson-Coffin can well describe the strain-fatigue life curve in the range of 0.3%~1.0%strain amplitude;The low-cycle fatigue crack of 308L weld metal propagates in convex form,accompanied by fatigue striation and secondary crack.
