摘要
通过对316不锈钢材料在450℃,600℃和700℃中温环境应力控制下的低周疲劳试验,得到有实际意义的试验结果,对这些试验结果进行分析和研究,得出316不锈钢材料在中温环境和应力控制下的低周热疲劳行为,并且提出一个低周热疲劳寿命预测模型。在所建立的低周热疲劳寿命模型中,Manson通用斜率方程被用于疲劳寿命与拉伸性能的试验整合。通过对疲劳试验数据与不同的数学模型进行的拟合以建立温度和其他参数之间的函数关系,从而对316不锈钢材料在中温低周疲劳环境下进行寿命预测,为以后的寿命评估模型提供依据。
By low cycle fatigue experimentation of 316 stainless steel under elevated temperature of 450 ℃,600 ℃ and 700℃ stress control,some significant results have been obtained.Analyzed and researched the results of these tests,and got the low cycle fatigue behavior of 316 stainless steel under stress control at elevated temperature,and also proposed a low cycle thermal fatigue life prediction model.In the established low cycle thermal fatigue life model,Manson's universal slopes equation was used as an empirical correlation which has the relationship with fatigue to tensile properties.Fatigue test data were used in conjunction with different mathematical models to establish the relation between temperature and other parameters of the function,which were used to predict the fatigue life of 316 stainless steels under the condition of elevated temperature and low cycle fatigue that provided bases for the future research works of life evaluation.
