摘要
对材料1C r11N i2W 2M oV进行了500℃的等温低周疲劳试验和静力拉伸试验。考察了静力拉伸弹性模量与动态弹性模量的差别,以及弹性模量对该材料等温低周疲劳性能参数的影响。结果表明:当循环寿命较大(Nf大于5 000周)时弹性模量对等温低周疲劳寿命预测的精确度有较大的影响,分散带的大小有数量级的差别,应该采用疲劳试验机测出的弹性模量对等温低周疲劳寿命进行预测。
Low cycle fatigue tests and static tension tests were performed for steel 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV,with air temperature of 500 C. The difference between static elastic modulus and dynamic elastic modulus was investigated. The effects of elastic modulus on parameter of low cycle fatigue were studied also. When fatigue life is longer than 5 000 cycles,the results of fatigue life prediction showed that elastic modulus affected the precision of fatigue life prediction to a great extent ,and there was large difference in scatter band. It is necessary to use elastic modulus measured in fatigue machine to predict low cycle fatigue life.
