摘要
目的:探讨慢性荨麻疹患者采用咪唑斯汀联合自血疗法进行治疗的临床效果。方法:2018年4月-2019年4月收治慢性荨麻疹患者78例,分为两组,各39例。对照组采用咪唑斯汀治疗,观察组采用咪唑斯汀联合自血疗法。比较两组患者临床症状消失时间和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患者临床症状消失时间短于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对慢性荨麻疹患者采用咪唑斯汀联合自血疗法治疗效果显著,可改善患者临床症状,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of mizolastine combined with autohemotherapy in the treatment patients with chronic urticaraia.Methods:From April 2018 to April 2019,78 patients with chronic urticaria were selected,they were divided into the two groups with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mizolastine.The observation group was treated with mizolastine and autohemotherapy.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For chronic urticaria patients,mizolastine combined with autohemotherapy has a significant effect in improving the clinical symptoms and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions.
