摘要
从特色馆藏概念的界定出发,论述了特色馆藏建设对于图书馆以及所属机构的重要意义:对图书馆来说,特色馆藏是其核心竞争力的体现,是精准化学科服务的重要资源;对大学来说,特色馆藏是科研的重要驱动力,是教学资料的丰富源泉,是数字学术的重要数据来源,是校园文化、人文情怀、艺术修养的培养基地,也是促进优秀传统文化创造性转化和创新性发展的重要阵地。指出特色馆藏工作在整理开发、服务理念、建设理念、价值呈现、信息挖掘、资源获取、组织揭示、管理发布等方面的发展方向。在图书馆谋求转型发展的背景下,对于特色馆藏建设的价值和发展方向的探讨,将有助于科学制定图书馆的整体战略规划。
In the context of the transformation of university libraries,it is urgent to identify the development direction of the library special collection related works.Starting from the definition of special collections,the article first discusses the significance and unique role of special collections for libraries and their parent institutions.Special collection is a reflection of library’s core competitiveness and plays an unreplaceable part in targeted subject services for universities,while it is also an important driving force for scientific research,especially for the humanities and social sciences,a rich resource of teaching materials,an important data source for digital scholarship,and a cultural base for campus culture,humanities,and art education.Finally,the article points out the development direction of the special collection in eight aspects:sorting and development,service concept,development concept,value presentation,knowledge mining,materials acquisition,collection organizing,and IT&released platforms.
