摘要
区块链技术构建的版权运营系统具有版权登记、版权交易、版权管理和司法服务等功能,能够提升图书馆获取版权作品效率、增强图书馆版权交易安全性,为图书馆版权消费带来新机遇。但是,区块链构建的版权运营系统注重作品有偿利用,阻碍图书馆合理使用、法定许可等法定权利行使,也给图书馆利用作品带来新挑战。因此,改进版权运营系统,创设图书馆法定权利运行空间,对于图书馆合理分享著作权利益具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。
The copyright operation system based on blockchain technology has functions of copyright registration,copyright transaction,copyright management and judicial services.It improves the efficiency of libraries to obtain copyright works,enhance the security of library copyright transactions,and brings new opportunities for library copyright consumption.However,it also brings challenges for liraries because the copyright operation system focuses on the paid use of copyrigh works,which prevents libraries’legal rights of fair use and legal license.Improving the copyright operation system and creating room for libraries’legal rights have important theoretical and practical value for the libraries to reasonably share the benefits of copyright rights.
