摘要
通过该院目前临床上医用直线加速器使用情况,分析其在使用过程中放射防护方面存在的不足以及需要改进完善的地方,医用直线加速器在其使用过程中存在着放射防护意识差、环境管理不到位、制度不完善等许多问题,针对放射防护方面存在的问题需要通过加强技术人员的水平提高、加强放射防护管理等方式提高放射防护要求。有效避免直线加速器保养、设备防护管理以及设备周边环境建设等问题,保证直线加速器的正常使用。
Based on the current clinical use of medical linear accelerators in the hospital,analyze the deficiencies in radiological protection during use and the areas that need to be improved.There are many problems in the use of medical linear accelerators.Poor radiation protection awareness,inadequate environmental management,and inadeguate system,etc.To address the problems in radiological protection,it is necessary to improve the requirements of radiological protection by strengthening the level of technical staff and strengthening radiological protection management.To effectively avoid problems such as linear accelerator maintenance,equipment protection management,and equipment surrounding environment construction to ensure the normal use of linear accelerators.
