摘要
目的:分析放射治疗过程中的患者安全及影响因素,为放射治疗技术的安全开展提供借鉴。方法:采用文献研究法,以"放射治疗"和"安全"为关键词在国内外期刊全文数据库中搜索相关文献,同时查找相关书籍和互联网,从国内外放射治疗患者安全研究现状、放射治疗过程10个连续阶段的风险识别以及影响患者安全的质量控制,分析放射治疗中的患者安全及影响因素。从完善患者安全组织架构和运行机制等5个环节探讨患者安全管理对策。结果:放射治疗安全的重要性已为国内外高度重视,国际上对于放射治疗安全的风险研究已于2010年前后充分开展,现已形成比较完善的质量控制体系。我国放射治疗质量控制标准化体系也已逐步建立,但随着产品技术的发展,相应风险分析的研究成果并不多见。结论:我国医疗大环境与国外存在较大的差异,在学习借鉴国外经验的同时,也需要医护和相关技术人员关注使用质量与患者安全风险控制,更好的保障医疗安全。
Objective:To analyze on the patient safety and relevant influence factors in radiotherapy so as to provide reference for safe implementing radiotherapy technique in China.Methods:The"radiotherapy"and"safety"were used as key words to search pertinent literature in periodical full-text database at home and abroad through adopted literature research method.At the same time,the safety of patients and relevant influence factors in radiotherapy were analyzed from the current situation of safety research of patients who received radiotherapy at home and abroad,risk identification in 10 consecutive stages of radiation therapy process and quality control that affected the safety of patients through searched relevant books and internet.The countermeasures of safety management of patients were discussed from five aspects such as improving safety organization structure and operation mechanism of patients.Results:The importance of safety in radiotherapy has been recognized at home and abroad.The risk research of safety of radiotherapy had been fully carried out in international around 2010.And a relatively perfect quality control system had been established.The standardization system of quality control of radiotherapy has been gradually established in China,but with the emerging technique,the research results of corresponding risk analysis were not common.Conclusion:The medical environment of China is quite different from that of foreign countries.While foreign experiences are learned,healthcare staffs and related technical personnel should also pay attention to the usage quality so as to better guarantee medical safety.
