摘要 本文以宁夏银川京能天下川小区17#商业楼地下健身场工程施工为背景,针对地下健身场大跨度预应力混凝土结构,重点阐述了高大模板支撑体系在大跨度预应力混凝土梁板施工中的支架搭设、施工工艺及技术要点、施工监控及安全防护要求.经实践证明,地下健身场大跨度预应力混凝土梁板结构采用高大模板支撑架施工技术,较好地解决了健身场高大空间、大跨度施工中的难题,确保了健身场大跨度预应力混凝土结构施工的安全、质量及工期,为整个工程创优打下良好基础. In this paper,the application of high formwork support frame was highlighted in solving bracket erection,construction technology and technical points in the construction of long span prestressed concrete structures.Taking the underground ftness center project at the 17 commercial building in Jingnengtianxiachuan community,Yinchuan,Ningxia Province as an example,key points were elaborated including support erection,construction technologies,construction supervision and safety protection requirements during the construction of long-span prestressed concrete beams.As practice.confirmation,the high formwork support frame technique has commendably solved the construction obstacles faced by the tall-space and long-span underground fitness center,which guarantees the safety,quality and schedule of the project and forms a solid basis for the whole proect.
