摘要
为贯彻落实《中共中央国务院关于加快推进生态文明建设的意见》和国务院关于印发节能减排"十二五"规划的通知有关要求,在卫健委的支持下该院于2015年3月开始建设能耗监测平台,2016年8月正式投入使用,现已积累了2年多的能耗数据,如何开发利用这些数据,确切发挥这些数据的作用,是作为能耗监管部门的重要课题。该文从能耗监测平台的建设背景、该院能耗监测平台的基本框架、运行中出现的问题以及对这些问题的优化等方面介绍该院能耗监测平台升级的思考,分享能耗监测平台的运行经验,推动能耗监测平台向精细化发展。
In order to implement the requirements of the“Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Accelerating the Construction of Ecological Civilization”and theNotice of the State Council on Printing and Distributing the“Twelfth Five-Year Plan”for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction,this hospital was supported by the Health and Medical Commission in 2015 Construction of energy consumption monitoring platform started in March,it was officially put into use in August 2016,and it has accumulated more than two years of energy consumption data.How to develop and use these data and play the role of these data accurately is an important subject for energy consumption supervision departments.This article introduces the thinking of upgrading the energy consumption monitoring platform,shares the operating experience of the energy consumption monitoring platform,and promotes energy consumption monitoring,promotes the refined development of energy consumption monitoring platforms.
