摘要
目的针对安徽省各个地区的高质量发展情况建立综合评价体系,将各个地区按照高质量发展情况归类,同时针对各个类别提出促进安徽省各地区经济高质量发展的参考意见。方法从经济结构变动、新兴产业变动、区域协调情况、可持续发展4方面选取了地区生产总值、城乡居民人均可支配收入等共14个指标,构成安徽省各地区高质量发展评价体系,利用SPSS对能耗数据进行主成分分析,提取出发展动力、生态建设、产业结构、区域协调4个主成分,计算出安徽省16个地级市的综合评价得分,然后结合系统聚类法,对各地区按照高质量发展情况归类。结果安徽省各个地区高质量综合得分排名中,合肥市与宣城市排在第一名和第二名,马鞍山市和芜湖市排在第三和第四;在聚类分析中,将各个地区分为4类,合肥市自成为第一类,马鞍山市与芜湖市归为第二类,亳州市、滁州市、阜阳市、蚌埠市、宿州市、六安市、宣城市、铜陵市、淮北市、淮南市、池州市为第三类,安庆市和黄山市归为最后一类。结论安徽省各地区的高质量发展情况可以从发展动力、生态建设、产业结构、区域协调4个方面考量。以县域为发展单位,根据各个地区的特点协调发展经济。合肥市在高质量发展方面做得较好,马鞍山市和芜湖市高质量发展进程正在积极推进,安庆市与黄山市具有较大的发展潜力,安徽省其他各地区仍应该继续努力推动经济的高质量发展。
Objective To establish a comprehensive evaluation system for the high-quality development of various regions in Anhui Province,and classify each region according to the high-quality development situation,and strive to provide reference opinions for promoting high-quality economic development in various regions of Anhui Province.Methods This paper firstly selected 14 indicators including regional GDP and urban and rural residents’per capita disposable income from the aspects of economic structure change,emerging industry changes,regional coordination and sustainable development,which constituted the evaluation System of high-quality development in various regions of Anhui Province.The system used SPSS to carry out principal component analysis of energy consumption data,extracted four main components of development power,ecological construction,industrial structure and regional coordination,and calculated the comprehensive evaluation scores of 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province.And then,the system clustering method was used classify these cities according to the high quality development of each region.Results According to the high-quality comprehensive scores in various regions of Anhui Province,Hefei and Xuancheng City ranked first and second,Maanshan and Wuhu City third and fourth;in the cluster analysis,each area was divided into one of four categories.Hefei City was a self-contained as the first category;Maanshan and Wuhu City were classified as the second category.Haozhou,Chuzhou,Fuyang,Bengbu,Suzhou,Lu’an,Xuancheng,Tongling,Huaibei,Huainan and Chizhou City were the third category,and Anqing and Huangshan City were classified as the last category.Conclusion The high-quality development of various regions in Anhui Province can be considered from the four aspects of development dynamics,ecological construction,industrial structure and regional coordination,and with the county as the development unit,according to the characteristics of each region to coordinate the development of the economy.Hefei City is better in high quality of development,and Maanshan and Wuhu City are actively promoting their high-quality development process.Anqing and Huangshan City have great development potential.Other regions in Anhui Province should continue to work hard to promote high-quality economic development.
