校园能耗监管平台的框架设计研究

摘要 在国家不断推进碳达峰、碳中和战略目标背景下,高校作为能源消耗的重点公共机构之一,做好高校的能耗监测和监管对于推进国家节能减排建设非常重要。以某高校为案例,为提高该高校的能耗监测监管水平,同时为该高校节能减排方案提供相应数据支撑,基于用能单位视角,结合案例高校自身实际情况和能耗监管平台建设目标,对该高校的能耗监管平台进行了整体框架设计,出具了项目干预方案和效用评估方案,对其他高校和单位的建筑能耗监管平台建设具有一定的参考意义和应用价值。 In the context of the country's continuous promotion of the strategic goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,as one of the key public institutions for energy consumption,it is very important for universities to monitor and supervise their energy consumption in order to promote national energy conservation and emission reduction construction.Taking a university as a case,in order to improve its energy consumption monitoring and supervision level and provide corresponding data support for the university's energy conservation and emission reduction plan,based on the perspective of energy use units,combined with the actual situation of the university and the construction goal of the energy consumption monitoring platform,the overall framework of the university's energy consumption monitoring platform was designed,and the project intervention plan and utility evaluation plan were issued.It has certain reference significance and application value for the construction of building energy consumption supervision platform in other universities and units.
