摘要
目的研究麦冬对运动小鼠自由基代谢及抗疲劳能力的影响。方法将40只雄性ICR小鼠随机分为4组,分别是对照组,低剂量组,中剂量组,高剂量组。对照组灌胃给予蒸馏水,各剂量组灌胃给予不同剂量的受试物,连续灌胃30d,末次灌胃后,眼球取血测定血清尿素(BUN)及血红蛋白(HGB),取肝脏组织匀浆后,测定肝脏组织丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH)、一氧化氮(NO)、总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)的含量。结果实验结束后,高、中、低剂量组小鼠初重[(19.3±0.8)、(19.9±1.2)、(20.1±1.3)g]、终重[(34.9±4.1)、(35.7±4.2)、(36.3±6.0)g]、增重[(15.6±4.3)、(15.8±4.4)、(16.2±5.7)g]与对照组初重、终重、增重[(19.9±0.8)、(35.4±4.2)、(15.5±4.2)g]比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);高、中剂量组的MDA的含量[(45.5±9.2)、(48.1±12.4)nmol/g]与对照组(57.9±9.6)nmol/g比较显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高剂量组GSH(17.9±5.0)μg/g活性与对照组(23.4±4.3)μg/g比较显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高剂量组NO(5.1±1.5)nmol/mL的含量与对照组(6.9±1.1)nmol/mL比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高剂量组SOD(46.7±7.7)U/g及T-AOC(20.5±6.0)U/mL的含量与对照组SOD(37.8±9.0)U/g、T-AOC(15.8±3.1)U/mL比较,结果显著升高差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较各剂量组BUN水平都有所降低,高剂量组(9.2±2.1)mmol/L与对照组(11.1±1.4)mmol/L比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HGB水平高剂量组(15.8±3.9)g/L与对照组(13.2±1.8)g/L比较显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麦冬能够缓解运动小鼠体内自由基的氧化作用,降低氨基酸的消耗,提高血红蛋白的含量,具有一定的缓解体力疲劳的作用。
Objective To study the effects of ophiopogon japonicus on free radical metabolism and anti-fatigue ability of exercise mice.Methods Forty male ICR mice were randomLy divided into four groups:control group,low dose group,medium dose group and high dose group.Lavage were treated distilled water,each dose group mice given different doses of subjects,lavage 30 days in a row,the last lavage after eyeball take determination of blood serum urea(BUN)and hemoglobin(HGB),after the liver tissue homogenate,determination of liver tissue malondialdehyde(MDA)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH),nitric oxide(NO)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)content.Results After the experiment,the initial weight of the mice in the high,middle and low dose groups[(19.3±0.8),(19.9±1.2),(20.1±1.3)g],final weight[(34.9±4.1),(35.7±4.2),(36.3±6.0)g],weight gain[(15.6±4.3),(15.8±4.4),(16.2±5.7)g]and the control group's initial weight,final weight,and weight gain[(19.9±0.8),(35.4±4.2),(15.5±4.2)g]There was no significant difference in comparison(P>0.05);the MDA content of the high and middle dose groups[(45.5±9.2),(48.1±12.4)nmol/g]and the control group(57.9±9.6)nmol/g was significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);GSH(17.9±5.0)μg/g activity in the high-dose group was significantly reduced compared to the control group(23.4±4.3)μg/g The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the content of NO(5.1±1.5)nmol/mL in the high-dose group was statistically significant compared with the control group(6.9±1.1)nmol/mL(P<0.05);high Comparison of SOD(46.7±7.7)U/g and T-AOC(20.5±6.0)U/mL in the dose group with SOD(37.8±9.0)U/g and T-AOC(15.8±3.1)U/mL in the control group The results were significantly higher and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the BUN levels in each dose group were all Decreased,there was a significant difference between the high dose group(9.2±2.1)mmol/L and the control group(11.1±1.4)mmol/L(P<0.05);HGB levels in the high dose group(15.8±3.9)g/L and The control group(13.2±1.8)g/L increased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ophiopogon japonicus can alleviate the oxidative effect of free radicals,reduce the decomposition of amino acids and increase the content of hemoglobin in exercise mice,which has a certain effect on alleviating physical fatigue.
