摘要
目的:观察刺五加总甙(eleutherosides)穴位贴敷疗法的抗睡眠剥夺(sleep deprivation,SD)作用。方法;用小平台水环境法(flower pot technique)对大鼠进行连续96h快速动眼相(rapid eye movement,REM)睡眠剥夺,以自制刺五加总甙复方制剂于神阙穴处贴敷,观察其对模型动物外观疲劳程度及血乳酸(Lactic Acid,LA)、皮质醇(Cortisol Cor)、睾酮(Testosterone T)等血生化指标的影响。结果:刺五加总甙穴位贴敷组大鼠外观疲劳程度、睡眠剥夺所致血乳酸浓度升高及低睾酮状态均较对照组为轻(P<0.01),血皮质醇含量变化与对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:刺五加总甙穴位贴敷可改善实验动物的疲劳状态,调节机体应激反应水平,具有对抗睡眠剥夺所致疲劳的作用。
Objective To study the protective effects of eleutherosides acupoint application on rats with sleep deprivation. Methods Forty rats were randomly divided into four groups: sleep deprivation (SD) group ; blank control (BC) group; test (TC) group and cage control (CC) group. The rats of SD, BC and TC groups were deprived of REM sleep for 96 hours by flower pot technique. Eleutherosides were applied to the certain acupoints of TC group rats. Plasma levels of Lactic Acid(LA), Cortisol(Cor) and Testoterone (T) were detected to evaluate the influence of REM SD on the rats and the protective effects of eleutherosides acupoint application on the rats with SD. Results The rats in SD group showed significantly milder response to REM SD in fatigue status, serum LA and T levels than the rats in BC group ( P < 0.01). Although all the rats sleep - deprived for 96h showed significant increases in Cor levels compared with CC group ( P < 0.01), insignificant difference in cor levels was found among the rats of these three sleep - deprived groups ( P >0.05). Conclusion Eleutherosides acupoint application can exert an protective effect on rats with REM SD pobably through modulating the functions of metabolism and neuroendocrine systems.
