LED补光对水稻秧苗生长及产量因子的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为了采用发光二极管(light-emitting diode,LED)精确调制光谱能量,研究了不同光质对水稻秧苗生长及其产量因子的影响。将水稻幼苗分别在五种光质下进行补光照射:R(100%红光)、B(100%蓝光)、RB(80%红光+20%蓝光)、RBG12.5(62.5%红光+25%蓝光+12.5%绿光)、RBG25(50%红光+25%蓝光+25%绿光),光量子通量均为1000μmol m^-2s^-1,照射30 d(6 h/d)后插秧至稻田,以无补光作为对照(CK)。与CK相比,LED补充光源显著(P<0.05),提高了水稻秧苗各项素质(如株高、茎基宽、叶面积、鲜干重和壮苗指数等)和根系生长,但影响程度因光质而异。在所有光源中,混合光源RBG12.5更有利于提高水稻秧苗的壮苗指数和根冠比,有利于壮秧的形成,并且苗期的影响效应会延续至水稻成熟期。RBG12.5处理下,水稻产量最高,并显著提高了水稻各项产量因子,如:每穗的粒数、有效穗数、千粒重、结实率等。说明,RBG12.5适宜作为工厂化育秧培育水稻壮苗和水稻增产的补充光源。 This study was conducted to investigate the effect of different light quality of supplemental light-emitting diodes(LEDs)on rice(Oryza sativa L.)seedling growth,and their after-effect on grain yield.The rice seedlings were nursed at 1000μmol photons m^-2 s^-1 in greenhouse with 30-days continuous supplemental lighting(6 h/day)from six light sources:no supplemental lighting(CK),100%red(R),100%blue(B),80%red+20%blue(RB),62.5%red+25%blue+12.5%green(RBG12.5),50%red+25%blue+25%green(RBG25),and then transplanted into paddy field.The results showed that the seedling parameters,such as plant height,stem width,leaf area,fresh and dry weight and seedling index,were significantly(P<0.05)improved under supplemental light sources compared with CK.However,the magnitude of these improvements highly varied with the quality of supplemental light sources.The highest values of seedling index were found in RBG12.5 among all supplemental light sources,indicating that this light source favors the formation of robust seedlings.The influence of light on rice during the seedling stage can be extended to the end of the maturity stage,as observed by that the highest values of spikelets per panicle,effective panicles,grain filling percentage,1000-grain weight and grain yield were also found in RBG12.5.Our results suggest that RBG12.5 can be used as the supplementary light sources for the rice industrialized breeding because they are beneficial for the development of strong rice seedlings and the improvement of grain yield.
