LED红蓝光质比及其光周期对樱桃萝卜品种生长与产量的影响 被引量:10

Effects of Light Quality and Photoperiod on Growth and Yield of Cherry Radish Grown under Red Plus Blue LEDs

摘要 采用LED光源在室内可控环境下研究了红蓝光配比(R∶B)与光周期对樱桃萝卜生长与产量的影响,以探索适合樱桃萝卜工厂化生产的光照条件。试验设置了2种红蓝光比(1R∶1B、2R∶1B)和2种光周期(12/12、16/8)。结果表明,光周期为12/12时,1R∶1B和2R∶1B处理的真叶数、叶片叶绿素含量、根长、根直径、根体积以及地上部和肉质根干鲜重均无显著差异。光周期为16/8时,2R∶1B处理显著提高了樱桃萝卜的根直径、根体积和肉质根干鲜重,同时略增加了地上部干鲜重和新叶叶绿素含量。光质一定时,叶片叶绿素含量随光周期延长显著增加。光质2R∶1B、光周期16/8处理的真叶数、新叶叶绿素含量、根长、根直径、根体积、地上部和肉质根干鲜重以及根冠比均为最高。总之,光质和光周期共同影响樱桃萝卜的生长发育,较高的红蓝比与较长的明期有利于提高樱桃萝卜地上部和肉质根的生长发育。 In order to optimize the light condition of plant factory with LED light source for cherry radish growth,the effects of red light to blue light ratio and photoperiod of LED light source on growth and yield of cherry radish grown in environmentally controlled chamber were investigated.Two light quality treatments of various red light to blue light ratios(1R∶1B and2R∶1B)and two photoperiods were designed.The results showed that light quality did not affect true leaf number,leafy chlorophyll content,shoot and root biomass under12hours photoperiod.However,under16hours photoperiod,2R∶1B treatment improved root diameter,root volume and storage root dry&fresh weight compared with1R∶1B.Under certain light quality,leafy chlorophyll content increased with prolonged with photoperiod.The most optimal light quality and photoperiod for cherry radish was red light to blue light ratio2R∶1B,and16hours photoperiod for cherry radish production in plant factory.
