代谢组学方法研究橙黄决明素对高脂血症大鼠血浆游离脂肪酸的影响 被引量:5

Metabolomics Study on the Effect of Aurantio-obtusin on Plasma Free Fatty Acids in Hyperlipidemic Rats

摘要 本文以高脂血症大鼠为模型,通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析平台检测正常对照组、高脂血症组、橙黄决明素组、阿托伐他汀组中血浆脂肪酸的含量,运用统计学方法分析各组间游离脂肪酸的差异,探讨橙黄决明素对高脂血症大鼠血浆脂肪酸含量变化的影响。本实验成功建立了高脂血症大鼠模型,且四组之间的脂肪酸含量均存在不同程度的差异,其中模型组相比较于正常对照组C14∶0、C16∶1、C18∶1、C20∶0、C20∶1、C22∶6、C22∶0有显著性差异(P<0.05);橙黄决明素组中C14∶0、C20∶4、C20∶5、C20∶0、C22∶6的含量对比阿托伐他汀组和模型组要更接近正常对照组。实验结果表明,C14∶0、C20∶0、C22∶6三种脂肪酸含量变化与高脂血症代谢异常有关,且橙黄决明素在一定程度上可以调节高脂血症的脂肪酸代谢。 To investigate the effects of aurantio-obtusin on plasma fatty acid content in hyperlipidemic rats,which were used as a model to detect plasma fatty acid content in normal control group,hyperlipidemia group,aurantio-obtusin and atorvastatin group by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis platform,statistical methods were used to analyze the differences of free fatty acids among these groups.A model of hyperlipidemia was successfully established.And there were different degrees of fatty acid content in the four groups.The contents of C14∶0,C16∶1,C18∶1,C20∶0,C20∶1,C22∶6 and C22∶0 in the model group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group(P<0.05);The contents of C14∶0,C20∶4,C20∶5,C20∶0 and C22∶6 in the aurantio-obtusin group were closer to the normal control group than the atorvastatin group and the model group.The experimental results of this study showed that the changes of five fatty acids in C14∶0,C20∶0 and C22∶6 were related to the abnormal metabolism of hyperlipidemia,and aurantio-obtusin could regulate the fatty acid metabolism of hyperlipidemia to a certain extent.
