摘要
“一懂两爱”“三农”工作队伍建设是实施乡村振兴战略的人才保障,农业高职院校应主动担当起培养“一懂两爱”人才的光荣使命。通过对“一懂两爱”重要论述的深入理解,从“一懂两爱”内涵剖析入手,对农业高职院校培养“一懂两爱”人才提出了建议,包括:加强农业高职院校农情教育、深化农业高职院校人才培养模式改革、营造校园农业农村就业创业浓厚氛围和多渠道、多举措培养。
"One understands two loves"and"three agriculture"work team construction is the talent guarantee to implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy.Agricultural vocational colleges should take the initiative to cultivate"one understands two loves"talents.Based on the in-depth understanding of the important exposition of"one understanding two love"by Comrade Xi Jinping and No.1 central document,starting from the analysis of the connotation of"one understanding two love",the paper puts forward some suggestions for training agricultural talents in Higher Vocational Colleges to understand"two talents",including strengthening agricultural education in agricultural vocational colleges,deepening the reform of talents training mode in agricultural vocational colleges,and creating a strong campus and agricultural employment and entrepreneurship in rural areas.Atmosphere and multi-channel,multi action training.
