摘要
目的:探究近9年来华西医院心理卫生中心住院患者疾病诊断的变化及其意义。方法:从华西医院住院患者数据库中,收集2011年至2019年心理卫生中心住院患者疾病诊断信息,分析各年度患者出院诊断中主要诊断的构成比及其变化趋势。结果:该院心理卫生中心9年总共收治58169例住院患者,其诊断排名前三位的疾病依次为精神分裂症、抑郁、焦虑。物质滥用和酒依赖、器质性精神障碍、精神分裂症的构成比呈下降趋势,构成比的平均下降速度分别为13.88%、5.62%、3.38%。焦虑、双相情感障碍、抑郁的构成比呈上升趋势,构成比的平均增长速度为6.54%、5.00%、3.30%。结论:近9年来,华西医院心理卫生中心的住院患者中,精神分裂症等传统精神疾病的构成比减少,而抑郁、焦虑等精神障碍的疾病诊断构成比增加。
Objective:To explore the changes and meaning of disease diagnosis of inpatients in mental health center of West China Hospital in recent 9 years.Methods:From the inpatient database of West China Hospital,the disease diagnosis information of inpatients in the mental health center from 2011 to 2019 was collected,and the composition ratio and change trend of the main diagnosis in the discharge diagnosis of patients in each year were analyzed.Results:During the 9-year period of data collection,58169 inpatients were admitted to the mental health center of the hospital.The top three diagnoses were schizophrenia,depression and anxiety.The proportion of substance abuse and alcohol dependence,organic mental disorder and schizophrenia showed a downward trend,with the average decline rate of 13.88%,5.62% and 3.38%,respectively.The proportion of anxiety,bipolar disorder and depression was on the rise,with an average growth rate of 6.54%,5.00% and 3.30%.Conclusion:In the past 9 years,the proportion of schizophrenia and other traditional mental diseases decreased,while the proportion of depression,anxiety and other mental disorders increased.
