摘要
目的研究氟呢噻吨美利曲辛片治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmriary disease,COPD)合并抑郁焦虑患者的效果.方法选取该院2019年11月—2020年11月收治的92例COPD合并抑郁焦虑患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(46例)与对照组(46例).对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用常规治疗联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,对比分析两组治疗前后的焦虑抑郁评分、生活质量评分、BODE指数评分、各项肺功能指标及临床治疗效果.结果比较两组的焦虑、抑郁评分,观察组治疗后的各项评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的生活质量评分低于对照组,BODE指数评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组的肺功能指标,观察组治疗后的各项指标均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组的治疗总有效率,观察组的95.65%高于对照组的76.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论COPD合并抑郁焦虑患者采用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗的效果理想,可减轻患者抑郁、焦虑程度,改善肺功能及生活质量,具有较高的推广可行性.
Objective To study the effect of flupentixol melitracine tablets in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmriary disease(COPD)patients with depression and anxiety.Methods A total of 92 patients with COPD combined with depression and anxiety admitted to the hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into an observation group(46 cases)and a control group(46 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with conventional treatment combined with flupentixol melitaxen tablets.The anxiety and depression scores,quality of life score,BODE index score,lung function indexes before and after treatment and the clinical treatment effects were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the BODE index score was higher than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The lung function indexes of the two groups were compared,and the indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after treatment,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 95.65%,higher than 76.09%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Flupetixol melitracine tablets has an ideal effect on COPD patients with depression and anxiety,which can reduce the degree of depression and anxiety,improve lung function and quality of life,and has a high feasibility of promotion.
