摘要
目的在现在的心理健康教育理论与实践不能满足实际需求的形势下,探究真正适合中国特色的大学生心理健康教育之路。方法就近5年来高校大学生心理健康问题的表现、成因、影响因素、研究路径、研究成果等作以综述。结果近5年来,高校大学生整体心理健康状况呈现出复杂化、消极化、突发化的发展趋势,不同群体特征渐趋明显,如贫困生、女生、成绩落后学生等。结论提出回归本位,在中国传统道德文化的基础上创立符合中国特色的大学生心理健康教育之路。
Objective To explore a new way that is pragmatically suitable for psychological education of college students with Chinese characteristics. Methods The methodology employed is a comprehensive analysis of cases, causes, formative factors, research methods and research results of college students' psychological troubles in the past five years. Results This paper shows that psychological propensity of college students has become growingly complex, passive and unexpectable in the past five years. The analysis also shows that characteristics peculiar to some student groups, such as poor students, female students and laggards, have gradually surfaced. Conclusion A proposal is provided that psychological education of college students should be reverted to traditional path. The paper also suggests a new way of psychological education that combines traditional Chinese morality and culture with present-day Chinese characteristics.
