摘要
通过电化学腐蚀模拟实验,结合腐蚀失重挂片实验,研究了氯离子对管线钢腐蚀规律,并进一步利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)分析失重挂片腐蚀产物膜的成分。实验表明,腐蚀速率随着氯离子含量的增加而增大,腐蚀过程为活化极化控制,氯离子的存在是腐蚀发生的诱导因素,氧的扩散是影响材料腐蚀速率增大的主要影响因素,随着溶解氧含量的进一步增加,材料点蚀逐渐连片,呈均匀腐蚀形貌。
The corrosionbehavior of L360 pipeline steel was studied through electrochemical corrosion simulation experiment and corrosion weight loss coupontest.The composition of corrosion product film of L360 pipeline steel was further analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and energy spectrum analysis(EDS).The experimental results show that the corrosion rate increases with the increase of chloride ion content,the corrosion process is controlled by activation polarization,the presence of chloride ion is the inducing factor of pitting corrosion,and the diffusion of oxygen is the main influencing factor for the increase of corrosion rate.With the further increase of dissolved oxygen content,the pitting corrosion of the material gradually joins together and presents uniform corrosion morphology.
