摘要
为了研究某站场埋地球阀注脂管线泄漏的原因,本文通过宏观检查、力学性能试验、化学成分分析、金相分析、X-射线能谱分析对注脂管线的泄漏处进行了分析。结果表明,注脂管线产生泄漏的原因是球阀密封件泄漏,介质窜入注脂管线,引起硫化物应力腐蚀,加上实际用材与设计选材不符且替代钢管强度过高,韧性不足,加速了硫化物应力腐蚀过程。本文提出对同类型管线进行硬度测试,必要时换装四阀座结构球阀改变密封结构,加强密封的建议。
In order to study the causes of the leakage of the grease pipeline of buried globe valve in a station,in this paper,the leakage of grease pipeline was analyzed by means of macro examination,mechanical property test,chemical composition analysis,metallographic analysis and X-ray energy spectrum analysis.The results show that the leakage of grease pipeline is caused by leakage of ball valve seal,leakage of medium into grease pipeline,sulfide stress corrosion,and the fact that the materials used do not conform to the designed materials and the strength of the steel pipe replaced is too high,the lack of toughness accelerates the process of sulfide stress corrosion.In this paper,it is suggested that the hardness of the same type of pipeline should be tested and the sealing structure should be changed if necessary.
