摘要
利用电化学工作站和低温高压釜对316L不锈钢在液态CO 2条件下的腐蚀行为进行研究,测得了不同温度、压力条件下的Tafel曲线和Nyquist谱图,表明316L不锈钢在液态CO 2浸泡168h后均出现了轻微的腐蚀现象;随压力升高、温度降低,腐蚀程度均呈现加重的趋势,抗拉强度变化不大;含O 2杂质情况下会大大减轻316L不锈钢的腐蚀程度。
The corrosion behavior of 316L stainless steel in liquid CO 2 was studied by electrochemical workstation and low-temperature autoclave.The Tafel curve and Nyquist spectrum of 316L stainless steel under different temperature and pressure were measured.The results show that the corrosion of 316L stainless steel appears slight after 168h immersion in liquid CO 2.With the increase of pressure and the decrease of temperature,the corrosion degree tends to increase and the tensile strength changes The corrosion degree of 316L stainless steel will be greatly reduced under the condition of O 2 impurity.
