摘要
目的了解深圳市南山区西丽镇女性人群人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染认知情况及其疫苗知晓情况与接种意愿,为今后有针对性开展宫颈癌防治工作提供参考。方法在2018年1月~2019年1月选择南山区西丽镇的女性,按一定的标准,发放100份问卷对符合条件的受访者进行一对一的问卷调查,对问卷调查结果进行描述和统计分析。将全部所探究妇女依据患者是否自愿接种HPV疫苗分为两组,即观察组50例与对照组50例,观察组自愿接种HPV疫苗,对照组拒绝接种HPV疫苗。结果观察组持续性HPV感染以及HPV高危感染发生率明显低于对照组,观察组对HPV感染的认知程度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自愿接种HPV疫苗对HPV感染的认知程度较高,而且其发生感染率也较低,社会应当大力宣传该症的健康教育,提高公众的HPV和HPV疫苗知晓率,推进本地区的HPV疫苗接种工作。
Objective To learn the awareness of human papillomavirus(HPV)infection and its vaccine as well as their vaccination willingness of female population in Xili Town,Nanshan District of Shenzhen,to provide references for specifically preventing and treating cervical cancer in the future.Methods Females in Xili town,Nanshan District were selected from January 2018 to January 2019 and 100 questionnaires were issued to qualified respondents for one-toone survey as per certain standard.We would describe and make statistical analysis on the questionnaire survey results.All females under investigation were divided into two groups as per their willingness to inoculate HPV vaccine,50 cases in observation group and 50 cases in control group.Subjects in the observation group were willing to inoculate HPV vaccine,while the control group refused to inoculate HPV vaccine.Results The incidences of persistent HPV infection and high-risk of HPV infection of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group.The awareness of HPV infection of observation group was significantly superior to control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The awareness level of HPV infection for those who were willing to inoculate HPV vaccine was relatively high,and the incidence of HPV infection was lower.The society should vigorously promote the health education on this disease to enhance the public’s awareness rate of HPV and HPV vaccine,further to impel the HPV vaccination work locally.
