摘要
目的了解妇产科手术患者对人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)疫苗认知状况和HPV疫苗接种意愿,为采取有效护理干预措施,提高患者接种率提供参考。方法采用方便抽样法抽取2019年1-7月在北京市首都医科大学附属北京妇产医院行手术治疗的患者342例作为研究对象,采用自行设计的调查问卷进行调查分析。结果342例妇产科手术患者中,HPV疫苗知识知晓率为42.10%。有178例妇产科手术患者表示愿意接种HPV疫苗,占52.05%;多因素Logistic分析结果显示,文化程度(OR=1.75,95%CI:1.23~2.48)、职业(OR=1.74,95%CI:1.23~1.88)、居住地(OR=1.88,95%CI:1.22~2.89)、月收入(OR=1.51,95%CI:1.17~1.93)、是否接受过宫颈癌宣教(OR=2.51,95%CI:1.36~4.62)是妇产科手术患者HPV疫苗知识知晓率的影响因素(P<0.05);文化程度(OR=1.68,95%CI:1.23~2.29)、职业(OR=1.62,95%CI:1.23~2.12)、居住地(OR=1.79,95%CI:1.18~2.69)、个人月收入(OR=1.55,95%CI:1.23~1.95)、HPV疫苗知识知晓(OR=2.56,95%CI:1.36~4.81)是妇产科手术患者HPV疫苗接种意愿的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论妇产科手术患者对HPV疫苗认知水平较低,对HPV疫苗接种意愿较低,应针对性开展健康护理宣教,提高患者对HPV疫苗知识认知水平,提高其HPV疫苗接种意愿。
Objective To understand the cognitive status of surgical patients from the department gynaecology and obstetrics about human papillomavirus vaccine and their willingness to vaccinate HPV vaccines,and to provide references for implementing effective nursing intervention measures and improving the vaccination rate of patients.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to select 342 surgical patients from the Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics,Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital,Capital Medical University from January 2019 to July as research subjects,and the questionnaires independently developed were used for investigation and analysis.Results In 342 surgical patients from the department of gynecology and obstetrics,the awareness rate of HPV vaccine was 42.10%.178 surgical patients from the department of gynaecology and obstetrics suggested that they were willing to get the vaccination of HPV vaccine,accounting for 52.05%;the results of multivariate Logistic analysis showed that education degree(OR=1.75,95%CI:1.23-2.48),occupation(OR=1.74,95%CI:1.23-1.88),place of residence(OR=1.88,95%CI:1.22-2.89),monthly income(OR=1.51,95%CI:1.17-1.93)and availability of cervical cancer education(OR=2.51,95%CI:1.36-4.62)were factors influencing the awareness rate of surgical patients from the department of gynaecology and obstetrics in terms of HPV vaccine knowledge(P<0.05);the education degree(OR=1.68,95%CI:1.23-2.29),occupation(OR=1.62,95%CI:1.23-2.12),place of residence(OR=1.79,95%CI:1.18-2.69),personal monthly income(OR=1.55,95%CI:1.23-1.95),and knowledge for vaccine knowledge(OR=2.56,95%CI:1.36-4.81)were the factors influencing vaccine inoculation willingness of surgical patients from the department of gynaecology and obstetrics(P<0.05).Conclusion Surgical patients from the department of gynaecology and obstetrics have low awareness of HPV vaccine and low willingness to get the vaccination of HPV vaccine.Health care education should be implemented to improve patients’knowledge for HPV vaccine and their willingness to vaccinate HPV vaccine.
