摘要中国少数民族经济70年发展实践最为关键的主线就是国家一直以来的大力扶持。新中国成立以来的民族关系建构、民族政策演进、民族经济实践、区域经济政策,以及40年民族经济学学科建设为中国特色少数民族经济发展研究提供了有效路径。结合民族八省区为代表的经济发展实践成效,总结出中国特色少数民族经济发展的本土经验,具体包括:以人为本的终极目标、全面小康的本质特征、区域协调的政策工具、"一带一路"的外在动力、绿色发展的内生潜力。这份经验总结揭示了中国模式少数民族经济发展的运行机理和理论支撑,体现了中国特色少数民族经济发展与铸牢中华民族共同体意识的深刻关系。 The most important main line of China’s ethnic minority economy’s 70 years development is the country’s continuous support.Since the founding of New China,the construction of ethnic relations,the evolution of ethnic policies,ethnic economic practices,regional economic policies,and 40 years of ethnic economic discipline construction have provided an effective path for the research on the economic development of ethnic minorities with Chinese characteristics.The effectiveness of economic development practices,summing up the local experience of economic development of ethnic minorities with Chinese characteristics,including:the ultimate goal of people-oriented,the essential characteristics of a comprehensive well-off society,policy tools for regional coordination,the external power of the"Belt and Road,"the internal development of green potential.This summary of experience reveals the operation mechanism and theoretical support of the economic development of ethnic minorities in the Chinese model,and embodies the profound relationship between the economic development of ethnic minorities with Chinese characteristics and the consciousness of the Chinese national community.
