摘要
目的:观察中药熏蒸联合针刺疗法治疗面神经炎的临床效果及其对肌电图的影响。方法:将120例面神经炎患者随机分为2组,对照组60例在西医常规治疗的基础上加用针刺治疗,观察组60例在对照组的基础上加用自拟祛风通络方熏蒸治疗;观察比较2组患者多伦多面神经功能评分(TFGS)、肌电图变化及面部神经功能分级情况。结果:治疗后4周、随访3个月,2组患者TFGS评分均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组各个时间点评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者瞬目反射R1潜伏期较治疗前缩短(P<0.05),面神经复合肌动作电位较治疗前升高(P<0.05);且观察组两项指标改善较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者面神经功能分级Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级的患者明显少于对照组,Ⅵ级的患者明显多于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏蒸联合针刺疗法治疗面神经炎患者疗效显著,可有效促进患者面神经功能恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Chinese herbal fumigation combined with acupuncture on facial neuritis and its effect on electromyography. Methods:A total of 120 patients with facial neuritis were randomly divided into two groups, 60 patients in each group. The control group was additionally treated with acupuncture based on the treatment of conventional western medicine;the observation group was additionally treated with self-designed Qufeng Tongluo Recipe fumigation based on the treatment of the control group. The score of Toronto Facial Grading System(TFGS), changes in electromyography and grading of facial nerve function were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: After four weeks of treatment and three months of follow-up, TFGS scores in both groups were significantly increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the score at each time point in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the Latency of blink reftex R1 in the two groups was shorter than that before treatment(P<0.05), and compound muscle action potential in the two groups was increased when compared with those before treatment respectively(P<0.05);the improvement of the above two indexes in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the number of patients at Grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the the number of patients at Grade Ⅵ was significantly more than that in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The therapy of Chinese herbal fumigation combined with acupuncture has significant therapeutic effect in treating patients with facial neuritis, which can effectively promote the recovery of facial nerve function and is worthy of clinical application.
