摘要
目的观察舌咽神经阻滞配合牵正散加味治疗原发性舌咽神经痛的临床效果。方法选择26例原发性舌咽神经痛患者,首先采用舌咽神经咽支和舌支的神经阻滞,然后配合服用牵正散加味治疗。结果 20例患者症状完全消失,5例症状明显改善,1例基本无效。其中20例患者经过l-3年复诊和随访,15例症状未再发作,4例疼痛发作但较原来明显减轻。结论神经阻滞配合牵正散加味治疗原发性舌咽神经痛具有简单、安全、效果确切等优点。
Objective：Therapeutic effect of combination treatment of Glossopharyngeal nerve block and Jia Wei Qian Zheng San on glossopharyngeal neuralgia.Methods：26patients with glossopharyngeal neuralgia were selected.First,all cases were treated with nerve block in pharynx and larynx,then with the combination treatment of Jia Wei Qian Zheng San.Results：The symptoms in patients were relieved completely.5patients were improved obviously.One patient was invalid.According to the results of 20 patients after 1 year to 3 years of follow-up post-therapy.15patients had no recurrence of the symptoms,4patients were improved obviously.Conclusion：Never block and Jia Wei Qian Zheng San are an effective,safe and easily performed method for treating glossopharyngeal neuralgia.
