摘要
目的观察面瘫康复操辅助治疗周围性面神经炎的临床疗效.方法择取该院2017年11月—2019年11月期间收治72例周围性面神经炎患者作为研究对象,所有患者按照随机数表平均分成两组,参考组和实验组,每组各有36例患者.参考组患者采取常规治疗以及针刺治疗,实验组患者基于此采取面瘫康复操辅助治疗,观察两组患者临床治疗效果.结果参考组患者效果显著13例、有效15例、无效8例,治疗有效率77.78%,实验组患者效果显著22例、有效12例、无效2例,治疗有效率94.44%,对比两组数据发现,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针对周围性面神经炎患者采取面瘫康复操辅助治疗,临床疗效显著,具有操作简单、安全、效果显著的特点,且容易被患者接受和认可,值得临床推广与应用.
Objective To observe the clinical effect of rehabilitation exercise for facial paralysis in the treatment of peripheral facial neuritis.Methods 72 patients with peripheral facial neuritis admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to November 2019 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table,the reference group and the experimental group,with 36 patients in each group.Patients in the reference group were treated with conventional therapy and acupuncture therapy,while patients in the experimental group were treated with rehabilitation exercise for facial paralysis.The clinical treatment effect of patients in the two groups was observed.Results In the reference group,there were 13 patients with significant effect,15 patients with effect and 8 patients with no effect,with the effective rate of treatment 77.78%;in the experimental group,there were 22 patients with significant effect,12 patients with effect and 2 patients with no effect,with the effective rate of treatment 94.44%.Conclusion For patients with peripheral facial neuritis,rehabilitation exercises for facial paralysis were adopted,which had significant clinical effect,simple operation,safety and significant effect,and was easily accepted and recognized by patients,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
