摘要
王祥麒教授根据胃自身的生理功能及发病特点,结合个人临床经验,总结出了气血虚弱型、肝郁气滞型、脾胃虚寒型、痰湿凝滞及痰瘀互结型这五种常见的胃癌中医临床分型及相应分型的辨证要点及用药特点,提出了胃以通降为顺、升降互用、扶正健脾为本、慎用攻伐药这四个胃癌的治疗要点,在临床上取得了肯定的治疗效果,特将其证治思路及及经验总结于下,以为当前胃癌的中医治疗提供参考及帮助。
Professor WANG Xiangqi summarized the five common types of weakness of qi and blood,type of liver stagnation and Qi stagnation,spleen and stomach deficiency,phlegm and dampness stagnation and phlegm and blood stasis based on the physiological functions and pathogenesis of the stomach and personal clinical experience.TCM clinical classification of gastric cancer and the key points of the corresponding classification and the characteristics of medication,the four main points for the treatment of gastric cancer are to pass the stomach down,to go up and down,to uphold the spleen,and to use cutting drugs with caution.Affirmative treatment effects have been achieved clinically,and their thoughts and experiences on syndrome management are summarized below,in order to provide reference and help for current Chinese medicine treatment of gastric cancer.
