摘要
胃癌在我国的发病率有逐年上升的趋势,手术仍是目前治疗胃癌的主要手段,手术创伤、术后并发症、放化疗副反应等因素都极大的影响了胃癌术后患者的生存质量。近年来中医药在胃癌生存质量方面的研究取得了很大的发展,本文对中医药影响胃癌术后患者生存质量的研究现状作如下综述,并简要分析了目前存在的问题及解决办法。
The incidence of gastric cancer in China is rising year by year, Surgery is still the primary means of treaanent of gastrie cancer, Surgical trauma postoperative complications, adverse reaction of chemoradiation and other factors have greatly affected the quality of life of patients after gastric cancer. In recent years, Traditional Chinese Medicine has made a great progress in quality of life in gastric cancer, Many scholars have conducted some prospective and retrospective studies, so that the efficacy of Chinese Medicine could get positive judgement from foreign mainstream medicine. This paper will review the impact of Chinese Medicine on quality of life in patients after gastric cancer, following a brief analysis of existing problems and solutions.
