摘要
"十三五"期间教育部为配合国家精准扶贫战略,提出直接关乎贫困生成长的"精准资助"工作策略。在全面理解高校资助政策的基础上,探讨如何加强高校经济困难学生的精准识别与后续管理,以优化贫困生认定过程,规范贫困生资助工作,提高贫困生资助工作的精准化,以切实践行国家"精准扶贫"的具体要求。
During the 13 th five year plan,the ministry of education has put forward the target of precise funding which directly related to the growth of poor undergraduates. On the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the university financial aid policy, this paper discusses how to strengthen the accurate recognition and follow-up management of poor undergraduates so as to optimize the recognition process of poor students, regulate the financial aid work, improve the precision of aid for poor undergraduates, and practically implement the specific requirements of "targeted poverty alleviation" of the state.
