摘要
从科技政策、第三方检验检测市场、科技资源存量等方面系统分析仪器共享前景,初步研究仪器共享平台分类和发展阶段划分的问题,对如何处理线上和线下、软件和硬件、供应和需求、研究和应用、对内和对外的关系提出建议。
This paper systematically analyzes the instruments sharing prospect from the aspects of science and technology policy,resources stock,and third-party inspection market,makes a preliminary study on the classification and development stage division of instrument sharing platform,and gives suggestions on how to deal with online and offline,software and hardware,supply and demand,research and application,internal and external relations,which is of great significance to promote the development of instrument sharing industry.
