摘要
扫描电子显微镜这类大型精密仪器在科学研究中发挥着无可替代的作用。研究生作为科学研究的生力军,通过系统、科学的培训掌握大型仪器的基本操作不仅能保障其顺利完成科研课题,也是培养其综合科研素质的重要手段。南开大学化学学院SU3500扫描电镜室经过3年运行探索,建立一套理念正确、内容科学、制度完善、文化先进的培训方案。实践结果表明,该培训方案可增强学生科研主动性、提高仪器有效使用率、激励实验员改革创新,推进实验资源的开放共享,为高校大型仪器研究生培养体系的建设与改革提供参考。
Scanning electron microscope,a kind of large,precise and valuable instrument,plays an irreplaceable role in scientific research.As a new force of scientific research,graduate students master the basic operation of large-scale instruments through systematic and scientific training,which can not only ensure their successful completion of scientific research projects,but also an important means to cultivate their comprehensive scientific research quality.After three years of operation and exploration,Room SEM-SU3500(College of Chemistry,Nankai University)has established a set of training program with correct concept,scientific content,perfect system and advanced culture.The practice results show that the training program enhances students’scientific research initiative,improves the effective utilization rate of instruments,encourages experimenters to reform and innovate,and promotes the open sharing of experimental resources,so as to provide reference for the construction and reform of large-scale instrument graduate training system in colleges and universities.
