摘要
“校企合作、产教融合”是在校企之间通过开展多种形式合作,整合双方优势资源,促进教育和产业融合发展,增加就业的一种应用型人才培养模式。本文从湘南学院药学专业实施校企合作产教融合的实践出发,阐述了实施校企合作产教融合的必要性和具体路径,并进行经验总结,就培养药学专业应用型人才,提出了一些有效建议。
“School enterprise cooperation,integration of industry and education”is an application-oriented talent training mode which integrates the advantages of both sides,promotes the integration of education and industry,and increases employment through various forms of cooperation between schools and enterprises.Based on the practice of implementing the integration of industry and education of school enterprise cooperation in pharmaceutical specialty of South Hunan University,this paper expounds the necessity and specific path of implementing the integration of industry and education of school enterprise cooperation,and summarizes the experience.Some effective suggestions are put forward for the cultivation of applied talents in pharmaceutical specialty.
