摘要
金融工程专业人才培养面临开设金融工程专业的高校数量增加、就业趋势震荡下滑和实践环节设置滞后人才能力需求三个新挑战。基于能力培养要求,从课内实验和实践环节项目设置两个层次进行实践教学创新,提出数学类课程、金融类课程、经济学基础课程开设8个课时课内实验以及6个实践项目(商业银行业务、证券投资业务、金融产品设计与定价、专业认知与实践、论文写作、学科竞赛)的构想。最后,从学校与学院提供资金与政策支持实践环节项目集中开发、校外实践基地建设和校内实验室完善、夯实教师团队建设、采用多种形式实施实践教学四个方面提出确保措施。
The cultivation of financial engineering talents is faced with three new challenges:the increase in the number of colleges and universities offering financial engineering majors,the decline of employment trend,and the lagging of practice project to the talents’needs.Based on the requirements of ability training,practical teaching innovation is carried out at two levels of in-class experiment and practice project,and 8 hours of in-class experiments and 6 practice projects(commercial banking business,securities investment business,financial products design and pricing,introduction and practice in major,thesis writing and subject competition)are meant to set up in mathematics courses,finance courses and basic courses in economics.In the end,four measures are put forward to ensure practice teaching quality,namely the funding and policy supports from college and school to the intensive development of practice projects,the construction of out-of-campus practice bases and the improvement of on-campus laboratories,the strengthening of faculty building,the employment of various forms of practical teaching.
