新形势下大学生就业压力研究——基于四所高校的调查分析被引量：5

摘要对对外经济贸易大学、中国海洋大学、聊城职业技术学院和聊城大学四所高校共549名学生的就业压力进行调查,结果显示,学生就业压力主要来自社会、个人和家庭,社会压力和家庭压力正向促进了就业压力,自我能效有效缓解了就业压力,学生能够对自己的能力水平有较为清晰的认知,以收入为就业取向的学生在社会压力方面表现得最高,来自中小城市的学生自我应对就业压力最为积极。因此,可以从加强就业指导,做好职业规划,提升就业能力;加强师资队伍,实施"一生一策"制度,实现精准帮扶;加强家校配合,促进双向互动,推进稳定就业;加强自我减压,平衡各方压力关系,积极寻求帮助等方面纾解学生就业压力。 Through the survey on the employment pressure of 549 students in four higher education institutions,i.e.University of International Business and Economics,Ocean University of China,Liaocheng Vocational&Technical College and Liaocheng University,this study comes to such result that students'employment pressure mainly comes from society,individual and family.Society and family have positive effect on employment pressure while self-efficacy has effective alleviation.Students are capable to have quite clear cognition of their own level of capacity.Those students who orientate themselves toward income for employment have the highest social pressure while those coming from medium and small cities are the most proactive group to cope with employment pressure.Therefore,it is applicable to alleviate student employment pressure on such aspects as enhancing employment guidance,making career planning better and raising ability for employment;reinforcing faculty,implementing the“One Student One Scheme”system and realizing targeted assistance;intensifying familyschool cooperation,promoting bi-directional interaction and driving stable employment;strengthening self-depressing,balancing pressures from all aspects and proactively seeking for assistance.
