摘要
医院院校大学生由于学科特点和未来从事职业的特殊性,他们的压力形成因素有着特殊的表现,主要包括学业压力、社会压力、经济压力、就业压力四个方面,因此,不仅医学生要加强对压力的有效控制和管理,医学院校思政工作者更应该创造良好环境,帮助他们科学有效地管理压力。
Because of the discipline characteristic and the particularity of the occupation of the future,medical college students' pressure formation factor has a special performance,including the academic pressure,social pressure,economic pressure,the pressure of employment.Therefore,not only medical students should strengthen the effective control and management of pressure,but ideological and political workers in medical colleges should also create a good environment to help them to manage the stress.
