摘要
为降低大学生就业压力,提高其就业率,分析了互联网经济背景下大学生的就业压力影响因素。选取320名大学生进行问卷调查,收集相关数据并进行SPSS数据处理,采用五点计分标准,得分越高说明其就业压力越大。结果表明,大学生就业压力的家庭因素、学校因素和个人因素在是否是独生子女上存在显著性差异;不同专业大学生在家庭因素、学校因素、专业因素和个人因素上存在显著性差异。提出了缓解大学生就业压力的建议:拓展大学生就业途径,引导学生进行自我认知,提高就业竞争力。
In order to relieve college students’employment pressure,and improve employment rate,the study analyzes the influencing factors of employment pressure of college students under the background of internet economy,selects 320 college students to do questionnaire survey,collects related data and processes data with SPSS.Likert-5 score is used.The higher the scores are,the more employment pressure is.The results show that college students’employment pressure is significantly related with whether being the only child or not in family,school and individual factors.There is significant difference of students of different majors in family,school,professional and individual factors.The suggestions for the relief of college students’employment pressure are proposed,i.e.to widen college students’employment channel,guide students to have clear self-cognition,and improve employment competition.
