摘要
目的:探讨冲吸式牙刷在经口气管插管机械通气患者口腔护理中的应用效果,改善患者口腔卫生状况.方法:60例经口气管插管机械通气患者按照随机数表法分为试验组和对照组,各30例,对照组患者采用棉球口腔擦拭法,试验组患者采用冲吸式牙刷刷牙的方法.比较两组患者口腔护理后口腔异味、口腔溃疡及机械通气时间与VAP发生情况.结果:试验组患者口腔护理后的口腔异味、口腔溃疡少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者机械通气时间与VAP发生比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:采用冲吸式牙刷刷牙法,能够有效去除口腔异味,预防口腔溃疡发生,促进患者口腔卫生健康.
Objective:To explore the application effect of suction brush in oral care of patients with mechanical ventilation through trachea intubation and improve the oral hygiene of patients.Methods:60 patients with mechanical ventilation through endotracheal intubation were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,30 cases each.The control group was treated with cotton ball oral wiping method,and the experimental group was treated with puncture and suction toothbrush method.The incidence of oral odor,oral ulcer,mechanical ventilation time and VAP were compared between the two groups.Results:The oral odor and ulcer of the experimental group were less than those of the control group after oral nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the time between mechanical ventilation and VAP in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The method of brushing teeth with flushing and sucking toothbrush can effectively remove odor,prevent the occurrence of oral ulcer and promote the oral health of patients.
