摘要
目的:观察牙刷刷洗联合纱布擦拭在重症加强护理病房(ICU)经口气管插管患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2022年1月—2022年12月收治于ICU且行气管插管接受机械通气干预的患者80例,按照收治编号的奇偶数分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组采用传统口腔护理模式,观察组给予牙刷刷洗联合纱布擦拭干预。比较两组干预后的Beck口腔评分、口臭评分、呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率及口腔护理满意度。结果:观察组干预后Beck口腔评分、口臭评分、呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率低于对照组,口腔护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用牙刷刷洗联合纱布擦拭对ICU经口气管插管患者进行干预,可显著改善口腔清洁度与口臭程度,降低呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率。
Objective:To observe the application effect of toothbrush scrubbing combined with gauze wiping in patients with breath tube intubation in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods:A total of 80 patients admitted to ICU of hospital from January to December 2022 who received tracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation intervention were selected as study samples,and 40 patients in each ward with an odd number of patients were divided into control group and observation group,respectively.The control group received traditional oral care mode,while the observation group received toothbrush scrub combined with gauze wiping intervention.Beck oral score,halitosis score,incidence of ventilators associated pneumonia and satisfaction with mouth protection were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results:After the intervention,the incidence of oral score,halitosis score and ventilator-associated pneumonia in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the oral care satisfaction score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of toothbrush cleaning combined with gauze wiping for patients with breath tube in ICU can significantly improve the degree of oral cleanliness and bad breath,and reduce the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia,which is well recognized by the patients.
