摘要
目的:研究曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果。方法:2017年3月-2018年12月收治冠心病心绞痛患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予阿托伐他汀药物治疗;试验组给予曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率、心绞痛发作次数及持续时间、发作间隔时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效显著,不良反应低。
Objective:To study the effect of trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods:From March 2017 to December 2018,80 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given atorvastatin;The experimental group was given trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment,the number of angina attacks,the duration and the interval of angina pectoris in the experimental group were better than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rates between the two groups was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin has significant clinical effect on coronary heart disease angina pectoris,with low adverse reactions.
