摘要
目的分析曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗冠心病心绞痛伴血脂异常的效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年6月我院收治的84例冠心病心绞痛伴血脂异常患者为研究对象,按照不同治疗方案将患者分为对照组与观察组,各42例。对照组给予曲美他嗪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予阿托伐他汀钙。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的TC、TG、LDL-C、ET水平均降低,VEGF水平、LVEF、E/A、SAQ评分均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗冠心病心绞痛伴血脂异常的效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin calcium on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris with dyslipidemia. Methods From January 2017 to June 2018, 84 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris with dyslipidemia were selected as the study objects. According to different treatment schemes,the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with trimetazidine, while the observation group was treated with atorvastatin calcium on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment, the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and ET in the two groups decreased, the levels of VEGF, LVEF, E/A and the SAQ scores in the two groups increased, and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris with dyslipidemia has better therapeutic effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
