摘要
目的分析阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的81例冠心病心绞痛患者,根据治疗方法不同分为研究组(n=41)与对照组(n=40)。对照组接受常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后心绞痛发作持续时间及发作频次,并观察两组患者治疗后的心电图改善情况及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组的心绞痛发作持续时间及发作频次比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的心绞痛发作持续时间及发作频次优于治疗前,且研究组的心绞痛发作持续时间及发作频次显著优于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的心电图改善总有效率、临床治疗总有效率分别为95.12%、92.68%,明显高于对照组的77.50%、75.00%(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛可显著改善患者的心绞痛发病频次及持续时间,改善心电图异常情况,整体疗效更佳,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods 81 cases of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into study group(n=41)and control group(n=40)according to different treatment methods.The control group received routine treatment,while the study group received atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine on this basis.The duration and frequency of angina pectoris before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The electrocardiogram improvement and clinical efficacy after treatment of the two groups were observed.Results Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the duration and frequency of angina pectoris between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the duration and frequency of angina pectoris in both groups were better than those before treatment,and the duration and frequency of angina pectoris in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of electrocardiogram improvement and the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group were respectively 95.12%and 92.68%,significantly higher than 77.50%and 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease can significantly reduce the frequency and duration of angina pectoris,and improve the abnormal electrocardiogram,with better overall clinical efficacy,which is worthy of promotion.
