摘要
高层次人才是技术创新、产业协同、城市共融和制度创新的重要支撑。在粤港澳大湾区建设的大背景下,湾区城市关于高层次人才引进的政策安排,亟须进行完善和改进。首先分析了珠海和深圳在2010年之后的高层次人才引进情况,在此基础上聚焦于珠海和深圳的高层次人才政策,从资金支持、医疗保障、子女入学和配偶就业等方面进行文本分析,并据此提出了政策建议。
Talent introduction plays a very important role in technological innovation,industrial coordination,urban integration and institutional innovation.Under the background of the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay,all the cities within this framework need to upgrade their policies in talent introduction.This paper analyzes the situation facing Zhuhai and Shenzhen in talent introduction,and tries to compare the policy texts between them,so as to give suggestions for future development in talent introduction policy in the Greater Bay Area.
